Dere Street Restaurant serves the best of both cuisines using only the freshest, local ingredients. 

While it’s easy to find a chef with expertise in Italian cooking, it’s the rare chef who can produce extraordinary modern gastro British fare. That’s why Dere Street owner David Cooper decided to bring over Iain Sampson, an award-winning chef from Great Britain who won the coveted Best Chef in Wales award in 2010.  This fall the menu features authentic British and Italian dishes such as Open Crab Ravioli, Lamb Rogan Josh Shepherd’s Pie, Roasted Artichoke, Pea & Mushroom Risotto and Seared Scallops with Peas and Bacon. Dere Street is well known for its desserts and the new fall menu will include the ever present Sticky Toffee Pudding along with other sweet delights such as Almond Semifreddo with Caramelized Apples and Warm Ginger Cake with Coconut Ice Cream.
